Bringing Your Partner to the U.S.
If you are engaged or married to a non-U.S. citizen, you may be able to secure legal status for your partner through a marriage-based or fiancé(e) visa. U.S. immigration law provides pathways for couples to reunite and build a life together in the United States.
Our firm provides comprehensive legal support for marriage and fiancé(e) visas, ensuring that applications meet all eligibility requirements and are processed efficiently.
